A combination of factors makes a food fattening. First and foremost, the most fattening foods in our diet are those that we compulsively eat, and not all foods are like this. While many people may have found themselves mindlessly eating a quart of ice cream or a bag of M & M's, have you ever heard of someone binge eating steak or grilled shrimp?

The information I have read on situps and experienced is very disturbing. A close friend of mine used to do situps when she was younger over 100 a day. She now suffers with her back and she's a2 milk vs a1 milk only
 

 


Other forms of organic foods come from cows including cheese, milk, cream, and yogurt. They also come from chickens in the form of organic eggs. Knowing that what you get from these types of products are good for you and your family should be encouraging. If you drink coffee or tea you can also find them in organic forms and that means less negative materials being consumed in those forms as well.

Finally, the most fattening foods are high in calories. This seems obvious but probably accounts for much of the difference between very similar foods. For example, a large glass of OJ has about 250 calories. We would need to eat four oranges to get the same amount of calories! Both oranges and orange juice taste good, they are both high in sugar, and they both cause a rapid increase in blood sugar. In fact, the glycemic index (a measure of how much a standard amount of a certain food increases your blood sugar) of oranges and orange juice are nearly the same. But oranges are inherently low in calories and orange juice in inherently high in calories.

Who doesn't love a picnic? Spread a blanket on the floor and grab some wine, cheese, fruit and crackers. Your date will be impressed because it looks like you put a lot of time and effort into it when it actually only takes a few minutes at the store.

 

 



After an hour the body starts burning muscle instead of fat so basically you are building muscle and then burning it off. Talk about pointless. Ideally we want to build as much muscle mass on our bodies so that we can burn calories quicker and therefore get firm and stay firm.

Those feelings will overcome you, and you will want your treat so bad, that you end up bingeing on it and eating way too much. Or, you just totally give up on your diet.
